See Our Baby (operated by UpfrontOps LLC) lets you upload two photos so our AI can imagine a baby image. We use your photos only to create your result, and we do not retain them or any facial/biometric data after your images are generated.
Photos & facial data
- The two parent photos you upload are sent to Replicate, a US-based AI provider, solely to generate your baby image and video. They are used only to produce your result and are never used to train AI models.
- We do not build, store, or sell facial recognition templates or biometric identifiers of any kind.
- Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours at the latest, and immediately after your result is generated on the normal success path. Generated images are tied to your order so you can retrieve them.
- By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use the photos and consent to this processing.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, See Our Baby (operated by UpfrontOps LLC) uses it to send recurring automated text messages about your orders (order confirmations, results-ready notifications, and account notices) and, where you have consented, promotional offers.
No mobile information will be shared with, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in consent or phone number with any third party for marketing. Phone numbers may be shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages you requested, and as required by law.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Opt out any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help or email support@seeourbaby.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we collect
Order info and basic analytics. We do not sell personal information for money.
Advertising and analytics (Meta)
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, so we measure how those ads perform. To do this we share limited information with Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Meta Conversions API on our server. What we share:
- Funnel events: page views, plan selection, checkout start, and purchase.
- The purchase value and currency for a completed order.
- Your email address, hashed with SHA-256 before it is sent (Meta never receives it in the clear).
- Your IP address and browser user agent.
- Meta cookie identifiers (the _fbp cookie and the fbc click id) used to match the event to your visit.
The purpose is limited to measuring and attributing our own ads. Under some privacy laws this kind of ad matching can be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
